What we do
GrowBold Digital is a B2B software platform. Salons, barbershops, fitness studios, and restaurants use it to manage their customer lists and send appointment reminders, account updates, and promotional offers by SMS text message and email to their own customers who have opted in.
Consent-first messaging
Every business on GrowBold must collect SMS consent with two separate, unchecked, optional boxes: one for appointment and account texts, and one for promotional texts. Consent is never a condition of purchase. Customers can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We never share mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.
