GrowBold Digital ("GrowBold," "we," "us," or "our") provides a software platform that helps small, owner-operated local businesses in Hudson County, NJ communicate with their own customers by SMS text message and email. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

When a business uses GrowBold to communicate with its customers, we may collect and process: (a) contact information the business provides about its own customers, such as name, phone number, and email address; (b) message content and delivery status; (c) opt-in and opt-out (STOP/HELP) status and timestamps; and (d) basic account and usage information about the business using our platform.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to: operate and improve the GrowBold platform; deliver SMS and email messages on behalf of the business a recipient has a relationship with; honor opt-out and help requests; maintain records required for SMS compliance (10DLC / A2P registration); and provide customer support to our business clients.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing a phone number to one of our business clients and opting in, an end customer agrees to receive recurring SMS messages (such as appointment reminders, updates, and promotional offers) from that business via the GrowBold platform. Appointment and account texts and promotional texts are separate, optional consents collected with separate unchecked boxes, and neither is a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies: up to 30 appointment and account messages per month, and up to 30 promotional messages per month if you opted in to promotions. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

To stop receiving messages from a business at any time, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP, or contact the business directly. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only: with the business client on whose behalf a message is sent (since that business is the sender of record); with service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., messaging carriers, cloud hosting, email delivery) under confidentiality obligations; and where required by law.

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the platform and to meet legal, accounting, and SMS carrier compliance requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information in our care.

6. Your Choices

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us at info@growbolddigital.com.
